TO THE MOTHERS WHO SUBMITTED THEIR WORDS OF ADVICE...

I first want to say thank you for being so kind in sharing such beautiful, kind, and motivating advice for not only myself, but for other first-time moms! I truly appreciate each of you and the words of advice you’ve shared. For those who are wondering, I asked for mothers to submit their best piece of advice for first-time moms as well as for experiencing pregnancy for the very first time!

Here are 60 pieces of advice to truly take in! Enjoy.

“Labor: Just go with the flow! Over-planning adds unnecessary stress.”

”Don’t ween your kid on bland food — get them used to home cooking ASAP!”

”When baby is born, it’s easy to get overwhelmed, but step [back], breathe, and go with the flow.”

”Hydration is key, and don’t ever forget about maintaining a fit body.”

”Patience. While pregnant and after.”

”’Let it go’ towards everything that doesn’t go as planned, or irritated you. It’s not worth it.”

”Run!!!! Lmao, no honestly just take it easy on yourself and don’t be afraid to ask questions.”

”Sleep in as much as you can before baby!”

”Don’t compare your journey to anyone else’s. Be easy on yourself — motherhood changes you a lot.”

”Take it one day at a time. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself when the baby comes!”

”Get a lot of rest, meal prep right before and freeze it [before birth].”
